CONSENT
for the collection, processing, storage, and cross-border transfer of personal data

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On Personal Data and Their Protection' and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

Hereby, I, acting freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give informed consent for the purposes of registration and use of the 'MoonAI' Service - software intended for creating and operating AI agents, developed for the purpose of creating, implementing, maintaining, and developing artificial intelligence technologies, to the collection, processing, storage, and cross-border transfer of personal data, by means not contradicting the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to the limited liability partnership 'MoonAI tech' (BIN 250640027102, registered at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Bostandyk District, Masanchi Street, Building 98B, Apt. 100, postal code 050022), hereinafter referred to as the 'Operator'.

This consent is given for the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, extraction, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, cross-border transfer, as well as any other actions with personal data, taking into account the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in relation to my personal data for the following purposes:

  • providing access to the 'MoonAI' Service and related services;
  • fulfillment of the Operator's obligations to the User;
  • carrying out communications aimed at improving the quality of services provided;
  • sending notifications, informational and advertising messages about new products and services;
  • compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • for internal control and accounting of the Operator;
  • for judicial and extrajudicial protection of the Operator's rights: in case of breach of obligations; in case of disputes, including disputes with third parties.

Personal data processed by the Operator:

  • phone number;
  • email address.
  • history of actions in the personal account

Consent is given for the entire period of my use of the 'MoonAI' Service, as well as for the data storage period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan after termination of use of the Service.

I confirm that:

  • this consent applies to all relations with the Operator, including those already existing and/or arising upon the provision of this consent, as well as any others that may arise in the future, and is valid both during the period of my (the Subject's) legal relationship with the Operator, and after their termination for the periods established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, necessary for the proper fulfillment by the Operator of the rights and obligations imposed on it by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • by this consent, the Operator is granted the right to independently determine the conditions for Third Parties' access to personal data;
  • during the collection, processing, and cross-border transfer of personal data by the Operator, notification of the Subject is not required;
  • this consent may be provided to Third Parties as evidence of the Operator's having the necessary authority for the collection, processing, and cross-border transfer of the Subject's personal data;
  • this consent may be withdrawn in cases regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the basis of a corresponding application, via email to support@mooonai.com, or by sending a letter addressed to MoonAI tech LLP at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Bostandyk District, Masanchi Street, Building 98B, Apt. 100, postal code 050022, executed in written form, which is delivered to the Operator no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the date of withdrawal of this consent, or in person at the Operator's address. At the same time, I (the Subject) am aware that according to the Law, this consent cannot be withdrawn in cases where such withdrawal would contradict the Law, or if there are unfulfilled obligations by me (the Subject) towards the Operator or Third Parties, in particular – due to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the withdrawal of consent applies to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of my personal data from the moment of such withdrawal and does not affect data collected, processed, and stored by the Operator prior to such withdrawal and for 3 (three) years from the moment of complete termination of my (the Subject's) relationship with the Operator. I (the Subject) am aware that withdrawing consent for the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of my personal data may mean the impossibility of receiving services provided by the Operator, and I understand that the Operator, in the event of such withdrawal, is released from any liability towards me for non-provision/incomplete/untimely provision of services by the Operator from the moment of such withdrawal;
  • I will have no further claims against the Operator regarding the collection, processing, and cross-border transfer of my personal data, provided that the Operator complies with the requirements of the Law and/or the conditions agreed upon in this consent.
  • receiving the Operator's services from the moment I am informed of the need to provide such Consent means my full and unconditional acceptance of the conditions provided for in this Consent;
  • consent to the conditions provided for in this document, expressed in electronic form, is equivalent to consent provided by me (the Subject) on paper;
  • in case of disagreement with the terms of this statement of consent for the collection, processing, storage, and transfer, including cross-border, of my personal data, I independently bear responsibility for refusing to use the Operator's Service and receive services from it.

I have fully read the text of this consent, and have no additions, comments, or objections.

The date of providing this consent for the collection, processing, and storage of the User's personal data is the date of submission of the registration form on the 'MoonAI' Service. Consent for the collection and processing of personal data is considered granted to the limited liability partnership 'MoonAI tech' from the moment the User clicks the 'Register' button (or a similar registration confirmation button) located on the registration form on the website https://mooonai.com.
