Account and Personal Data Deletion

We respect your privacy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

What will be deleted?

  • Your account (email, name, etc.);
  • All chat-bots and projects created by you;
  • Messages, correspondence, and interaction history;
  • Integrations with WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and other channels;
  • All personal data, including contact information.

How to delete your data?

Method 1 — via support

  1. Send an email to support@mooonai.com.
  2. In the subject line, specify: Account Deletion.
  3. Provide the email address you are registered with.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete all data without the possibility of recovery.

We will process your request within 7 business days and inform you of the result via email.

Method 2 — via personal account (if available)

  1. Log in to your MoonAI account;
  2. Go to the Account Settings section;
  3. Click the Delete Account button and confirm the action;
  4. The data will be automatically deleted within a few minutes.

Important information

  • Account recovery is impossible after deletion.
  • Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions (if any).
  • Deleting your account does not cancel obligations for already issued invoices.
