Account and Personal Data Deletion
We respect your privacy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
What will be deleted?
- Your account (email, name, etc.);
- All chat-bots and projects created by you;
- Messages, correspondence, and interaction history;
- Integrations with WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and other channels;
- All personal data, including contact information.
How to delete your data?
Method 1 — via support
- Send an email to support@mooonai.com.
- In the subject line, specify: Account Deletion.
- Provide the email address you are registered with.
- Confirm that you want to delete all data without the possibility of recovery.
We will process your request within 7 business days and inform you of the result via email.
Method 2 — via personal account (if available)
- Log in to your MoonAI account;
- Go to the Account Settings section;
- Click the Delete Account button and confirm the action;
- The data will be automatically deleted within a few minutes.
Important information
- Account recovery is impossible after deletion.
- Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions (if any).
- Deleting your account does not cancel obligations for already issued invoices.
