LICENSE AGREEMENT
for the use of the computer program 'MoonAI - creating chatbots'
Dear User!
Before starting the installation, copying, or any other use of the Software, please carefully read the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with its terms — do not use the Software. Installation, launch, or any other commencement of use means your full consent to all clauses of this document.
This Agreement is a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1. Subject of the agreement
1.1. The Licensor grants the User the right to use the computer program 'MoonAI - creating chatbots' (hereinafter referred to as the Software) under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license.
1.2. The license is granted for the entire duration of the Licensor's exclusive rights, provided that all terms of this Agreement are complied with.
1.3. Use of the Software is permitted only within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries specified by the Licensor.
2. Copyright
2.1. The Software is an object of copyright protected by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties.
2.2. All exclusive rights to the Software belong to the Licensor — the company MoonAI.
2.3. The User has no right to:
- distribute the Software to third parties;
- decompile, modify, or otherwise interfere with the program's code, except as expressly permitted by law;
- remove copyright information.
3. Rights and restrictions
3.1. The User has the right to:
- install the Software on their Bitrix24 portal;
- use the Software's functionality within the limits of the granted rights.
3.2. The User has no right to:
- use the Software to create derivative products;
- transfer the Software for use to third parties without the Licensor's consent;
- use the Software in violation of applicable law.
3.3. The demo version of the Software may only be used for testing purposes.
4. Liability of the parties
4.1. For violation of the terms of this Agreement, the User is liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.2. The Licensor is not liable for:
- damages caused by the use or inability to use the Software;
- loss of data, profits, or technical failures.
5. Warranties and support
5.1. The Licensor provides the User with technical support within the framework of the Software's operation, including consultations on installation, configuration, and operation.
5.2. All Software updates are provided on the same terms as the initial version, unless otherwise specified.
5.3. Upon discovery of errors, the Licensor undertakes to release updates to fix them within a reasonable time.
6. Termination of the agreement
6.1. This Agreement may be terminated:
- at the initiative of the Licensor in case of violation of the terms by the User;
- at the initiative of the User by deleting the Software.
6.2. Upon termination of the Agreement, the User undertakes to stop using the Software and delete all its copies.
7. Jurisdiction
7.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7.2. All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be considered in the competent courts at the place of registration of the Licensor.
